Advanced Field Service Management is an extension of the default Service Management Module, This module helps you manage all your After Sales Service phases from Commissioning to Service Visits which are After sales, Serial Number Generation, AMC & Warranty Details, Commissioning, Site Visits, Service Visits, Visit Based Expenses, First Information Report, Spare Quotation, Product Life Cycle Management , Feedback, Toll free and Customer Surveys in an orangized manner.

  • Commissioning is auto-generated when processing the Delivery Order for Each Done Quantity.
  • Scheduled Warranty & AMC Visits are created automatically based on the duration set in the Product Master
  • Spare Quotation can be created by just tagging the Finished Products and Spare Parts will be fetched from Bill Of Materials
  • If a FIR (First Information Report) goes to a rework State , The Respective commissioning will move to the draft state.
  • Status of each Serial Number can be tracked in the Product Life cycle Menu.
  • The Status will be auto-updated for all the Serial Numbers
  • In Toll Free, When a Customer is Selected all the products bought by the customer will be displayed on the line item along with the Serial Number and the status.
  • Multiple Service Tickets can be created against a Single customer.
